Product Delivery Information:-
1 Freight Free Buying :- Freight free purchase value is $50.00+gst, In other cases freight of $6.00+gst will be added to invoice, unless stated otherwise. This Freight free policy is subject to Clause 2 mentioned hereunder.
2 Exceptions to Rule 1:- Items which requires special arrangements, like Office Furniture, Business Machines, Copy Paper(some time freight exceeds the value of purchase sply in copy paper, we may limit the supply to Auckland only in that case) Stamps, or specifically mentioned while you shop online, will still carry freight even though the value of purchase exceed $50.00+GST mark.
3 Delivery Time:- Purchase orders received before 11.00 am will be dispatched by 12.00 noon same day on any working day. Orders after 11.00 am will leave the courier same day afternoon. Order received After 3.00 pm will leave the courier next working morning. If you require any urgent delivery please contact us at 0800 946946, we might be able to arrange SUB 60, or Urgent Parcel handed over to you, it may carry some extra cost.

Transportation & Freight
Freight will be in addition to the prices quoted, and apply for Auckland region only. The method of transportation and the carrier will be at the selection of Office Buy Limited unless specifically agreed and mentioned by both parties at the time of purchase order placed. Any outside delivery may carry additional freight, and will be informed before shipment, with the option for the buyer to accept it, or change/cancel the order.
Office Buy Limited does not accept responsibility for part shipments or any consequences arising there from. Office Buy Limited will not be liable to the customer for any claim in respect of failure by Office Buy Limited to deliver the Goods ordered, but will try to meet the deadlines if any. While Office Buy Limited will endeavor to adhere to stipulated delivery times, delay, however caused, will not entitle the customer to claim from Office Buy Limited. In the case of delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of Office Buy Limited or by the supplier to Office Buy Limited, Office Buy Limited will have the right to suspend deliveries without notice or to cancel the contract liability.
